Hi, guys! I’ve been
feeling under the weather lately, so that’s pretty much why i choose to post
this.
Anyway, everyone
loves spiced milk, right? Especially when it rains a lot.
So here’s my own
recipe.
What You’ll Need:
2 glass of milk (I
love bear brand)
1 tablespoon
vanilla extract
1 tablespoon gound
cinnamon
Or you can just use
the cinnamon bars for stronger smell. (OMG I LOVE THE SMELL OF CINNAMON)
Little piece of
ginger (you can use the gound one, but I prefer the fresh one, because they
give stronger taste)
A bit of orange
(yes! Orange. I love the smell of orange+cinnamon)
A bit of honey or
just other sweetener, i use honey for the taste and the benefits for my body,
plus honey meets milks is just heaven!! But you can use raw sugar or brown
sugar as good.
Steps:
Heat the milk on
the saucepan and add vanilla extract, cinnamon bars, and ginger. Stir it well.
i use low heat, because i want the cinnamon smells to go a little bit strong
and the ginger taste to deepen.
Then add a few
orange. I suggest you peel it well, and get rid of the seeds.
Stir it gently, don’t
wait untill it boils, just hot enough so you get the warmthyou wanted. It’s so
good for the cold weather like lately when it rains a lot. Or whenever you have
flu like I do now (hiks)
Turn off the stove
and while you wait prepare the glass you want to use, and put the honey in.
Separate the
cinnamons and ginger and pour the milk in the glass.
Add a pinch of
gound cinnamon on top of it for the look!
Voila! A lovely and
easy making spiced sugar.
Ps. you can also
add tumeric powder and cardamom powder if you have some. It’ll taste great.
So, how do you make your
own spice milk???
